Returns Refund Policy


We would hope that you are really happy with your purchase. However in the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 7 days of your receipt of goods and we will be happy to replace them. We do ask that you notify us by email detailing the problem of any grievance.

If you need to return an item contact us first and then return in the same condition that it was delivered, packed in its original packaging with labels intact for a replacement or refund.

There are no refunds on any signs where text has been customized, names personalized or bespoke items. Check your spelling, especially for personal & place names as we cannot be held responsible for your mistakes.

Please note that the item is the customer’s responsibility until it gets back to us. Therefore we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. When returning an item please contact us by email and we will provide you with the address for our premises.

With the exception of faulty items or an error on our part return postage cannot be refunded.



Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.

We will refund your original delivery charge only when a product is faulty or damaged.

Any refund will not be paid until we receive the goods in their original condition.

Refunds will not be paid on items returned after 14 days.

All refunds when agreed will be made within 30 days.
